Position: Executive – Digital Marketing

Location: Kishanghor Agro, Balaghata, Bandarban

Salary: BDT 20,000 – 45,000 (Based on experience and portfolio)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

·         Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and email.

·         Manage and grow the company’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

·         Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, videos) for digital platforms.

·         Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and monitor performance.

·         Manage product listings, content updates, and promotions on third-party e-commerce platforms (e.g., Daraz, Chaldal).

·         Update and maintain the company website and online store.

·         Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies.

·         Capture and edit visual content for digital use.

·         Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using analytics tools.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline ,preferable  Marketing, Media & Communication, Business Administration.  Educational requirement is relaxed for experienced applicant

Experience Requirements:

·         Must have managed at least 10 digital brand/product portfolios over the last 2 years, in one or multiple organizations.

·         Proven experience in campaign design, execution, and performance tracking.

Additional Requirements:

·         Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

·         Basic design skills using Canva/Photoshop or similar tools.

·         Strong writing and communication skills in Bangla and English.

·         Hands-on experience with third-party e-commerce platforms.

·         Creative mindset with attention to detail.

·         Prior work in agro-processing or FMCG industry will be a plus.
